Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process of IT roles from job description creation, sourcing, interviewing to extending offers

Apply proactive sourcing techniques to attract talent through various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Stack Overflow, GitHub etc.)

Create and support employer branding programs: implement innovative approach and strategy to attract talent; participation in career events and tech conferences

Define and nurture positive and healthy company culture

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Create new and update existing company policies aligned with the overall business strategy

Act as a single point of contact for employees, management, external vendors

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives for employee retention

Responsible for managing the employee personnel files

Maintain benefits programs
Maintain and update HR ISO standards documentation on regular basis

2+ years of proven experience in HR and recruitment in IT/Software industry

Up to date with current IT talent market trends

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and produce results within a dynamic organization, demonstrate flexibility, and respond quickly to changes

Result oriented and proactive behavior

Fluent English

Fluent German would be an advantage
